-nymphs from both lotic & lentic habitats, climbs on submerged vegetation (Bayer 1975); nymphs in slow moving, vegetated waters including temporary and slightly brackish waters (Dunkle 1989); in permanent temorary ponds, lakes bays and slow flowing streams with emergent vegetation (Abbott 2005)
